- Client Credentials & Access Keys: Temporary SSH keys, API keys, and repository configurations are stored securely within encrypted databases and utilized solely to manage client cloud assets.
- Development Codebase Access: Client proprietary code bases are isolated on private, secure source-control branches and subject to periodic vulnerability scanning.
- Analytics & Log Audits: Client systems telemetry logs are analyzed purely to resolve system bottlenecks and optimize platform speed.
2. Prozinix RMS — Table QR Ordering (OMS)
When patrons utilize our Table QR Code Self-Ordering system at member food establishments:
- Session Information: We store minimal session indicators (e.g., Table Number, Restaurant ID) on the mobile device to process the active order cart.
- Transactional Order Tracking: Details of the order (dish selections, notes, preparation logs) are transmitted directly to the restaurant's Kitchen Display System (KDS) and POS dashboard. No persistent user tracking or profiling is performed across dining visits.
3. Prozinix RMS — Billing & POS
For transactional compliance, tax computing, and business receipt generation:
- Invoice Generation: The system logs checkout metrics (amount, items, timestamp, and GST details) to generate valid thermal receipt formats and digital invoice copies.
- UPI Payment Integrations: Dynamic UPI payment QR codes process banking status confirmations locally. Prozinix does not store card numbers, wallet passwords, or personal payment credentials directly. All transactions are securely routed through certified banking networks.
4. Prozinix RMS — Inventory & Supply Chain
Our smart stock ledger tools process operational supplier metrics:
- Ingredient Logging: Deductions of raw ingredients and kitchen wastage logs are saved locally on secure client servers.
- Supplier Directories: Supplier contact and supply chain logistics records are stored securely within the restaurant's private admin portal and are never sold or shared with third parties.

We employ enterprise-grade security protocols, including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and SSL/TLS pipelines for data in transit.
